Development of Microphysiological Systems for Drug Screening and Personalized Medicine

Microphysiological systems also referred to as tissue- and organ-on-chips, are 3D dynamic tissue culture platforms based on microfluidics that aim to recapitulate hallmarks of the native tissue microenvironment. We are interested in developing microphysiological systems with high physiological relevance as novel preclinical in vitro models of cancer to advance drug screening and personalized medicine.
